The characteristics of
(I) Excellent high-speed operation
The running speed of the machine is closely related to the production speed of the product.In the future, the excellence of devices may be judged by how fast they run.Therefore, it is necessary to have a corresponding, adapt to the high speed of the product in order to improve the performance of the product.For now, the linear guide rail for 1m/ SEC running speed is a very good product, and there are few manufacturers around the world that can do this speed.The reason is caused by the running track structure of the steel ball inside the linear guide.When the ball runs in the rolling groove, it will meet the part that needs the corner, and the corner will be affected by the stress, so that the ball cannot move at high speed.
However, the product speed of our company can reach 3m/ SEC, and it can reach 10m/ SEC with the change of material and the size of roller.
(2) Light weight products
Too much mechanical structure will consume the energy of the machine and reduce the efficiency, and overload the mechanical structure when moving.The mechanical structure does not have to be too light, but in many areas a lot of effort has been made to reduce the weight of the machinery.Under the same conditions, reducing weight can reduce energy loss, which in turn can speed up the operation of the product.
The weight of the roller guide rail produced by our company is reduced by half compared with the previous product, thus reducing a lot of troubles for mechanical engineers.
(3) Anti-rust products
The material of linear guide products is SCM/SUJ2, which has the possibility of corrosion.There are also products made of SUS440C material, but the price is too high, which is a burden for ordinary users.Although SUS440C is rustproof, it cannot be used for complete rust prevention because SUS440C contains carbon element, so it only affects the speed of rust, but not completely rust prevention.
The existing technology can only be used to prevent rust by using SUS304 material or SMSC surface treatment (refer to our company).MCT/CT and other medical equipment need to bear the weight of human body. The roller guide rail (LIo38-type) of SUS304 can be used, but the roller guide rail (Lio38-type) processed by SMSC can be used when the roller guide rail (Lio38-type) needs to bear the weight of hundreds of kilograms to several tons and rust is not allowed.
(4) No need for refueling
Starting from the use of LINEAR BALL BUSHING by T Company in the United States, LINEAR guide rail has been developed greatly in the past hundred years.Most linear guide motion is achieved through the circulation of the steel ball, this form is prone to noise.In order to prevent the production of noise, the most commonly used method is to load the cage, which forms a block between the ball and the ball to prevent the noise caused by the friction between the ball and the ball.In order to make the ball work properly, we need to oil it frequently.The frequency of refueling has a great influence on the life and noise of the mechanical structure.Grease has been added to the product before it leaves the factory. However, since the steel ball of linear guide is an exposed structure, grease will slide down the steel ball and slider to the guide rail during use, resulting in the consumption of grease.So we need to oil the ball of the slider regularly.When the linear guide has been assembled to the equipment, remove the equipment if refueling is required.This is not a realistic approach.So on ordinary equipment, manual or automatic pumping of low-concentration lubricating oil into linear guide rail or ball screw is required.Failure to refuel regularly will result in reduced service life of the equipment and high noise.

(five) The surprise crime effect
The linear guide rail used in woodworking machinery, stone processing machine, glass processing machine and crusher industries often need to be replaced because of the poor sealing of the end cover of the sliding block.And because the ball is exposed, there are often foreign bodies lodged between the balls that cause the ball to roll unimpeded.

(vi) Variety of optional models
Linear guide is selected by brand, load, structure and other conditions, so it will be subject to a lot of constraints.Due to the constraints of selection, we use 100kg guide rail on the equipment with only 10kg load, and a few tons of guide rail on the equipment with 100kg load. Moreover, in order to improve the speed, we are willing to bear the consequences of high noise, and in case of rust, we can only continue to use through simple processing.
